Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. The 14-day trial starts right away, with no card. We only ask for one if you subscribe.
How many users can I invite?
As many as you like. Users and people are unlimited. Each one gets a role.
Is ChurchFlow available in English?
Yes. Everything is in French and English. Everyone picks their language in one click.
What do text messages cost?
Texts go out from your Twilio account. Twilio bills you directly. ChurchFlow adds nothing.
What about emails?
They go out from your Resend account, with your address. Any fees are billed by Resend.
Where do event payments go?
Straight into your church’s Stripe account. ChurchFlow takes no commission. Only Stripe fees apply.
How much does online giving cost?
Online giving is included in your plan. Only 2.5% per online gift applies, plus Stripe fees (2.9% + $0.30 in Canada), and donors can choose to cover them. In-person gifts and official receipts are free.
Can I export my data?
Yes, any time, in one click. Your data is yours.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In a few clicks, in Settings → Subscription. It stops at the end of the paid month. You keep access to your data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Everything is encrypted, everyone only sees what their role allows, pastoral notes are protected and we make regular backups. Details are in our privacy policy.
