Your website or posts link to a short public form. Visitors pick a date when there really is a service, say whether they are bringing children, and your welcome team knows ahead of time. A welcome QR code leads to the same form.

Do our greeters see everything?
No. Everyone has a role. A greeter sees the expected visitors and today’s arrivals, not pastoral notes or confidential details.
